Reservation Policies

Check In: 15:00 hours.
Check Out: 12:00 hours.

Guarantee policy:
A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservation.

Cancellations:
Must cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges.

No shows:
If No Show occurs, a one night stay fee will be charged.

Extra person:
Extra person charge applies. See rate at the moment of checking availability.

Children:
Minors aged 11 and younger are considered children. 12 years old and older pay full rate; 2 children under 12 can share the room with 2 adults.

Overbooking:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from INTERNET POWER, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.
The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.

Pets:
Yes pets are allowed.

The cost for the right to admit pets is $400 pesos per night per pet to be paid directly at the hotel.
Only small breed dogs up to 10 KG and one pet per room are allowed.
All pets must bring their own bed.
Without exception, they must wear their leash properly around the neck in any area of the hotel property.
All pets must always be under adult supervision.
It is forbidden for pets to sleep on the furniture in the room or in the hotel.
They cannot be inside the room if their owner is not in it.
Pets cannot be in the restaurant area or in areas indicated by the administration.
Any damage caused by the pet is the responsibility of its owner.
The space and tranquility of other guests must be respected.
The hygiene of the pet is the responsibility of the master in charge.
Please be a responsible owner with your pet.
